Mikaella Montelibano, originally from the Philippines, joined Manley Garvin, LLC in March 2024. She brings two years of experience as an accountant and auditor at Villavicencio, Vergara, Tan and Co. CPA’s, a private accounting firm in the Philippines, where she handled a range of services from business registration to daily bookkeeping and the preparation and submission of annual financial statements.

Mikaella also worked for TOA Global, an offshore staffing partner of Manley Garvin, LLC. She completed TOA’s AB2 program with distinction, graduating as the salutatorian of her batch, and gained extensive training in US accounting, as well as individual and business taxes. Currently, she is pursuing her Master’s degree and preparing for the CPA exam.

In July 2024, Clarence joined TOA Global, an offshore staffing partner of Manley Garvin, LLC, where he completed the AB2 program. He is currently preparing for the Philippine CPA Examination and aims to pursue the US CPA Examination in the future.
