She has been involved with physician practices for more than 20 years with concentrated experience and knowledge in such areas as corporate and individual tax planning, compensation formulas, retirement plans, and buy-in/buy-out arrangements. She has extensive experience preparing 990s and, in particular, years of experience preparing SC First Steps 990s.
