Provide administrative assistance to multiple managers:


  • • Scheduling appointments
  • • Gathers information from client
    – Tax return information/missing information
    – Work papers related to bookkeeping clients
    – PBC list for audits
  • • Log ALL projects in Project Management software
    – Assign all tasks
    – Enter budget hours for project
  • • Communicate status of projects to managers (stale reports, due date reports, etc.)
  • • Billing
  • • Accounts Receivable
  • • Update Practice with any client changes to contact info, filing status, etc.
  • • Additional CEC responsibilities:
    – Typing of letters and simple reports to clients
    – E-filing returns (tax, sales, payroll)


Other Duties:


  • • Backup of Mail/Deliveries in Processing Coordinator absence
  • • Backup of Switchboard in Processing Coordinator absence
