As a founding Shareholder, Josh oversees the firm’s audit and advisory services, concentrating primarily on local governments and not-for-profit entities. Additionally, Josh serves individuals and closely held businesses by providing comprehensive tax compliance and planning services. Josh’s tax experience includes a diverse client base which includes individuals, restaurants, retailers, professional services companies, family limited partnerships, trusts, estates and various other industries. Prior to establishing Manley Garvin, LLC, Josh spent more than 13 years with Elliott Davis Decosimo.
